Orders under $1,000: Telegram. Orders from $1,000 up to and including $2,000: WhatsApp. Orders above $2,000: Proton Mail.
Can I contact several representatives at once?
Please contact only one representative. Duplicate inquiries may result in your request being removed from our system.
Can I switch representatives?
Continue with the representative you originally contacted or placed your order with.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum requirement is either $125 in order value or 0.5 kg in order weight.
What information is required to place an order?
Product names and quantities, recipient name, street address, city, postal code, country, phone number, and preferred payment method.
Which payment methods are listed?
USDT, USDC, BTC, and SOL. Bank transfer, PayPal, are also listed in our ordering instructions.
Who pays payment fees?
The buyer pays transaction fees. A 5% processing fee may apply to bank transfer, PayPal, or Cash App payments.
Can I ask for help with cryptocurrency payments?
Yes. Contact your representative if you need clarification.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to destinations served by EMS. Service availability for your destination must be confirmed before payment.
Is shipping included in the price?
Domestic and international shipping may carry separate charges. Shipping costs depend on the destination.
When are orders dispatched?
Orders are dispatched on working days after payment confirmation. The published processing target is generally within 48 hours; this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline.
When will I receive tracking information?
Tracking information is issued on working days, generally within 48 hours after payment confirmation, subject to the exception below.
Is tracking provided for every order?
No. Under our published policy, tracking information is not provided for orders above $2,000.
What should I do if dispatch is delayed?
If you have not received dispatch confirmation within 10 working days after payment confirmation, contact your original representative.
What should I do if a dispatched parcel has not arrived?
If the estimated delivery period has passed, contact your original representative for a status update.
Does packaging guarantee delivery or prevent seizure?
No. Packaging cannot guarantee customs clearance or prevent inspection or seizure.
What happens if a parcel is lost, damaged, seized, or contains an incorrect item?
A refund, replacement, or reshipment policy for these situations has not yet been specified.
How quickly do you respond?
We respond within three hours.
Are products tested?
Our stated goal is to test products before they reach customers and identify production batches. Testing status should be checked against the available report for the specific batch.
How can I obtain a testing report?
Ask your representative for any available report matching the product and batch. If no matching report is available, that batch should not be considered confirmed as tested.
Does sending a sample for testing mean the results are available?
No. Sample submission and completed testing are separate stages. Results are confirmed only when the report is available.
Is all raw material already tested?
The original announcement described testing all raw materials as a future goal, rather than confirming that it had already been completed.
Can customers arrange independent testing?
Yes. Independent testing and sharing the results are encouraged in our announcements.
What cleaning and sterilization procedures are described?
Our published post describes cleaning work surfaces and glassware, as well as autoclaving equipment, vials, and stoppers. A process description does not itself verify the sterility of a particular batch.

Yes. Our announcement states that PGP encryption is available for correspondence.
What are the referral commission rates?

What amount is referral commission calculated on?
Commission is calculated on the full order total, including shipping.
When is referral commission paid?

Our announcement provides for individual offers for partners with large wholesale volumes and consistently high sales.
Can I earn commission on my own orders using another account?
No. Our program prohibits using alternative accounts to collect commission on your own orders. The published consequence is cancellation without shipment.
Can discounts be combined, and which orders count toward partner benefits?
