How Neoanabolics organizes testing, preparation and batch control.
Every finished batch undergoes a quality-control review before distribution. Batch-specific testing results and COA documents are supplied with the relevant batch and published in the catalog as they become available.

Raw materials are intended to undergo verification before they are introduced into production.

Production is organized by individual batches. Injectable vials and oral products are handled separately to improve traceability and consistency. Independent third-party testing is encouraged as an additional layer of transparency.

Suitable laboratory equipment and containers are processed using appropriate sterilization procedures, with enough spacing for circulation during the sterilization cycle. Equipment may be processed separately according to size, material and intended use.

Before production begins, the working area is prepared. Work surfaces are treated with 70% isopropyl alcohol and thoroughly wiped before equipment is placed in the workspace.

Reusable glassware is cleaned before use and rinsed with deionized water to remove remaining residues. Vials and closures are handled independently during preparation.

Injectable products are prepared in controlled batches using the specified carrier and formulation materials. Ingredients are accurately weighed or measured, while temperature and solution clarity are monitored.

Once the formulation reaches the required consistency, it proceeds through sterile filtration using appropriate laboratory filtration equipment.

The filtered solution is transferred into prepared vials. Each vial is filled to its designated volume.

Each filled vial is closed with a stopper and securely crimped. Finished vials are organized by production batch for identification and quality-control purposes.

Oral products are prepared in batches according to the target capsule size and labelled quantity. Finished capsules are inspected and organized by production batch before packaging.

The required amount of active material and pharmaceutical filler is calculated before blending. Powders are combined gradually to improve uniform distribution, screened where appropriate and transferred to capsule-filling equipment.

Batch identity, presentation and available testing documentation are reviewed before a finished batch is prepared for distribution.
